Auditing Current Practices:

There are times when a dispassionate third party is required to review current development practices to help locate those areas that need attention. We provide that audit capability. We perform a 360 review; including looking at the actual software development, the users, management, requirements, testing, deployment, and capabilities. A written report and a presentation of the results of the analysis will show the success and deficit as well as the recommended actions. This can be a one-time or multi-time audit in order to track process improvements.

We were retained by a startup company to audit software being developed on contract by a third party software development firm. Several audits were performed early on in the development process. Overall the software development firm was doing good work but a handful of issues were identified and actions recommended that developed into significantly increasing the prospect of a successful project.

Software Development Coaching:
