In 1988 a Startup Medical Device Manufacturer which had a need for custom software knew of a gentleman named Anthony Testi that could create the perfect application for their needs. Mr. Testi formed Anthony L Testi Computer Services and created the software for the startup, which allowed the manufacturer to grow into a multi-million dollar company. A.L.T.C.S. quickly began helping several clients, with one eventually hiring Anthony as a full time. Over the years Anthony has held several full time software development positions and continued A.L.T.C.S. in a mixture of full and part-time bases. Since mid 2006 A.L.T.C.S. has been helping Oregon firms full time. A.L.T.C.S. was converted into Lion Crest Software Services llc. in mid 2008
